Be part of a people-focused business with strong valuesKey Responsibilities As a hands-on Hotel General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the hotel, including: Managing hotel performance against budgets and P&L targets
Leading, motivating and developing department teams
Ensuring excellent guest service across all areas
Overseeing compliance, health & safety and company procedures
Supporting staffing levels across key trading periods, including weekends
Planning maintenance and capital improvements
Driving revenue opportunities and operational efficiency

Leading from the front with a visible, hands-on approachWhat we're looking for To succeed in this Hotel General Manager role, you'll ideally have: Previous senior-level hotel management experience
Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
The ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
Excellent customer service standards
