This 4-star Tunbridge Wells hotel offers 84 contemporary guest rooms housed within a stunning 18th-century Georgian oast house. Situated in a peaceful corner of Kent near Tunbridge Wells, the hotel is a premier destination for both leisure and corporate guests seeking a picturesque countryside retreat or utilising the hotel's extensive meeting and events facilities.

• Demonstrated experience in setting high standards in hospitality and driving commercial success
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive change
• Proven track record as a General Manager or Operations Manager in a similar setting
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, ideally with owners or in a third-party management model
• Background in properties with enhanced food and beverage offerings or onsite destination restaurants is advantageous
• Ability to nurture and develop talent at all levels
