Hotel Cleaning Services Manager

As Hotel Cleaning Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.,

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping and cleaning operations.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet company and client standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate cleaning teams.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, absence management, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and COSHH requirements.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, stock levels, and budget expenditure.
• Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence.
  
  Previous experience managing cleaning, housekeeping, or soft services within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and cleaning industry regulations.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
