Host - The Cocktail Club

As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.,

• Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests' reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is!
• Escort guests to their tables and give them the best tour around our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Manage and maintain the venue's social media platforms, including creating, scheduling, and publishing regular content (posts, stories, and updates).
• Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote events, special offers, and key announcements to increase attendance and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and trends.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.
  
  Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
• Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise.
