Host and reservationist - Bar & Food - The Listing - London

At our venue in the heart of The City of London, we don't just serve food and drinks-we create experiences. From relaxed lunches to vibrant evenings, every guest interaction matters, and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a confident, polished Host & Reservations Coordinator to be the face and voice of our business. You'll be the first impression-both in person and online-setting the tone for every guest journey.

What you'll be doing

Delivering a warm, professional welcome to every guest
Managing reservations across multiple platforms (OpenTable experience a big plus)
Handling calls, emails, and enquiries with efficiency and charm
Coordinating table plans to maximise covers while maintaining a seamless flow
Working closely with management and floor teams to ensure exceptional service
Supporting private dining and event bookings where required

Proven experience in a hospitality host/reception or reservations role (this is essential)
A natural people person with confidence, energy, and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
