Full Job Description
- Greet & welcome guests warmly, manage reservations & check-ins for private suites
- Seat groups efficiently, coordinate room allocations & flow with bar/karaoke team
- Handle queries, special requests & complaints professionally
- Keep entrance/lounge area pristine, organised & inviting
- Assist with promotions, upselling cocktails/food & event coordination
- Support during peaks (e.g. light hosting, guiding to suites)
- Uphold health & safety standards
Experience as Host/Hostess (or front-of-house) in busy bar/lounge/nightlife venue - 2+ years preferred - Outgoing, confident & energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure in fast-paced, late-night environments
- Passion for hospitality & creating memorable experiences
- Flexible for evenings, weekends & late shifts
- Right to work in UK
