Full Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Hostess/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and support smooth service across our restaurant and lounge.,
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations via phone and online systems
- Answer phone calls and return missed calls promptly
- Confirm bookings, guest numbers, allergies, and celebrations
- Coordinate table seating with management and service teams
- Assist with walk-ins and upsell lounge reservations when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Thank guests on departure and ensure a positive final impression
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
