Host / Hostess - Genie Workforce - London

As a Host, you are the face of our restaurant. You will create memorable first impressions, manage the flow of the dining room, and ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.,

• Warmly greet and welcome arriving guests, taking coats and managing reservations.
• Manage the door, walk-ins, and floor plan efficiently using our reservation system (e.g., SevenRooms / OpenTable).
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and introduce their dedicated server.
• Collaborate closely with the floor team and kitchen to maintain a smooth seating rhythm throughout service.
• Offer a warm farewell to departing guests, ensuring their experience was exceptional.
  
  Experience: Previous host or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue in London.
• Communication: Excellent spoken English with a clear, polite, and engaging telephone manner.
• Presence: Exceptionally presented, naturally warm, and comfortable handling VIPs and high-profile guests.
• Skills: Calm under pressure, highly organized, and a strong team player with great attention to detail.
