Greet, seat, and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage telephone enquiries and reservations efficiently, maintaining a high level of communication
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and service styles while managing table lay-up and mise-en-place before, during, and after service.

Previous experience in a similar role, and type of establishment
Knowledge of Sevenrooms, and Salesforce is beneficial
Excellent phone manner
Conversant with Microsoft Office
Friendly, approachable and professional manner

Salary of £35k per annum

45 hours per week, working on a rota basis
Earliest shift starts at 10am and latest finish is 12am, depending on business needs
Mondays off, plus one additional day off per week, up to £35,000 yearly
