Host / Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at Spire Cardiff Hospital, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, escorting them to their destinations, and providing excellent customer service at all times., At Spire Cardiff Hospital, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care with a personal touch. During your shift, you may be required to handle enquiries, manage incoming calls, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour are essential for this role, as you will be representing Spire Healthcare Ltd in all your interactions.
In addition to your frontline duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy reception area, monitoring visitor access, and adhering to security protocols. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving will help you excel in this fast-paced environment.

Please note: This is a temporary position with a start date of 19/10/2026 and an end date of 19/10/2026. The shift timings are from 10:00:00 to 18:00:00, with a payment rate of £87.20 per shift.
