Host / Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at Spire Cardiff Hospital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, visitors, and staff. Your role will involve creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels valued and cared for.,

• Greeting and assisting patients and visitors upon arrival
• Escorting patients to their designated areas within the hospital
• Providing information about hospital services and facilities
• Ensuring waiting areas are clean and well-maintained
• Assisting with patient check-in and registration processes
• Collaborating with hospital staff to coordinate patient care
  
  This temporary role requires someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
