Host / Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at Spire Cardiff Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, escorting patients to their designated areas, and ensuring that the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing information to patients and visitors. Additionally, you will assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
