Full Job Description
As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff. Your main duties will include greeting guests, escorting them to their appointments, and assisting with any special requests they may have. You will also be tasked with keeping the reception area clean and tidy, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
