Full Job Description

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile, providing accurate wait times and escorting them to the dining areas.
  • Drive revenue for our newly reopened Leopard Bar.
  • Aid with the promotion of our Leopard bar.
  • Making telephone calls and email inquiries in accordance with company standards.
  • Promote and upsell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests.
  • Complete administrative tasks as needed.
  • Aiding the operation when required.

    We are seeking an experienced Host / Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, possess a warm and approachable personality, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. A committed team player who is personable with guests, this individual will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a casual role and will be reporting into the F&B Manager., Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury or fine dining environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable demeaner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
