This role plays a key part in creating an exclusive, friendly and well-managed office environment, acting as a visible ambassador for the facilities team.

Work closely with the landlord reception team and wider stakeholders to communicate effectively and deliver an excellent workplace experience.
Administer booking systems for visitor management, meeting rooms and desk bookings within the client and shared landlord spaces.
Maintain clear desk and cleanliness standards across the office, encouraging correct behaviours and reporting building issues to the appropriate teams.
