Host - Christmas Seasonal

We're looking for a friendly, confident and energetic Host to join our team on a seasonal fixed-term contract, helping us make the Christmas rush one to remember. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, Pitcher & Piano is a bustling, lively bar where no two shifts are the same. When things get busy, you'll be at the centre of the action, giving every guest a brilliant welcome from the moment they arrive. What you'll be doing As our Host, you'll:

• Give every guest a warm, friendly welcome
• Manage bookings, walk-ins and table allocations
• Help guests get seated quickly and keep them informed during busy periods
• Work closely with the floor and bar teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Answer booking enquiries and help make sure every guest has a great experience
• Get stuck in and support the wider team when things get busy
  
  You don't need to know everything on day one. Personality counts. We're looking for someone who is naturally welcoming, approachable and confident with people, can keep their cool when it's busy and loves being part of a team.
