They are also focused on keeping our health and safety standards high and in line with HACCP policies and other safety measures. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greeting residents and their families in a warm and friendly manner and offering refreshments. Helping residents with drinks, while also allowing them to maintain their own independence (where possible.)Team Work: Working alongside the kitchen and lifestyles team to ensure the café is always clean and tidy and prepared for the days events and functions.Health & Safety: Guaranteeing the café/ dining area is clean and tidy and to the standards of food safety hygiene policies
