Full Job Description
- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently, maximising covers and supporting revenue targets.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations on menus and service styles.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences, ensuring a personalised and seamless dining experience.
Experience of working in a similar fast paced role in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous - Organised, professional with excellent people skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SevenRooms system is beneficial

Salary of £36,724,00 per annum + discretionary service - 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

- Shifts are between Monday - Saturday
- Shift times vary on a rota basis and can fall between 11:00am and 1:00am.
