Hospitality Supervisor Monday - Friday

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts range between: 07:30am - 16:00pm, 08:30am - 17:00pm & 10:30am - 19:00pm (not often but when required),

• Opening the pantry
• Open business Lounge
• Check the booking system and update the kitchen team on any changes from the previous day
• Planification of the business day
• Weekly meeting with internal service team
• Placing orders
• Checking deliveries
• Follow Health and safety procedures
• Stock take
• Manage events absence of manager or as required.
• Working close to the event team to delivery VIP events
• Creating quotes
• Training and development of the team
• Overview of the hospitality service
