Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hospitality Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in a high-volume environment. You will manage daily operations, maintain excellent customer service standards, develop and support your team, and ensure compliance with university policies, health & safety, licensing, and food safety regulations.

You are an experienced front-of-house manager with strong leadership and team development skills. You are customer-focused, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:

  • Proven experience delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage staff effectively
  • Knowledge of health & safety, licensing, and food safety regulations (HACCP)
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility is important and the role includes early morning, evening and weekend working on a 5 out of 7 days per week contract (36.5 hours per week).

    This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis., Campus Services New Starter bonus
