Full Job Description
- Prepare meeting rooms, dining spaces and hospitality areas to an exceptional standard
- Deliver professional food and beverage service for meetings, fine dining lunches and corporate events
- Provide confident, attentive table service and look after clients and guests throughout their visit
- Clear, refresh and reset meeting rooms efficiently between bookings
- Support event set-up, service and breakdown
- Assist in the coffee shop during quieter hospitality periods
- Maintain immaculate service areas, crockery, glassware and equipment
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
- Maintain excellent food safety, allergen, hygiene and health and safety standards
Previous hospitality or front-of-house experience within a high-quality environment - Experience within premium contract catering, corporate hospitality, fine dining or a five-star hotel would be highly desirable
- Confident table service skills and excellent attention to detail
- A warm, polished and professional approach
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The flexibility to support both hospitality and coffee shop service
- Good organisation, reliability and a strong team mentality
