Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant to join the team at Norfolk Royale Hotel, Bournemouth., As a Hospitality Assistant you will work 30 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £13.45, regardless of age! The role will primarily involve working in the housekeeping department, with flexibility to work in the restaurant and bar., As a Hospitality Assistant your role will be varied, having the opportunity to be an all rounder working in numerous areas within the hotel operation; this will include working in the Bar, Restaurant, Kitchen & Housekeeping with split shifts likely to be required. You will work closely with the heads of departments to assist with their needs and learn how each function works successfully, whilst ensuring company standards are maintained to a high level.
Excellent customer service skills, friendly & outgoing personality
Ability to learn new skills quickly
To be flexible and keep calm under pressure, working independently and as part of a team.
