Where you'll be basedYou will be based at Springfield Hospital, however you will participate in an on-call system that covers Oaks Hospital located in Colchester (1 in 6 weeks), whilst also attending Oaks Hospital as and when required.What
you'll bring with youA very organised approach with an ability to work well under pressureAbility to work to deadlinesExperience in line managing in a Maintenance Environment post apprenticeship or qualifications gained.Experience in managing and co-ordinating Contractors and Service EngineersCity& Guilds Part 1/2, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering essentialTime served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline preferredFire safety or Fire Risk Assessment training desirableUnderstanding of Quality Management, customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement processDuel or multi-skilled with the core preferably ElectricalComprehensive understanding of Health and Safety guidelines and applicable lawUnderstanding of Legionella prevention requirements within Hospital buildingsExcellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsSound fault finding techniquesIT aware / competentWhy join us?At Ramsay Health Care UK,
