Hospital Director

• Provide strategic leadership to deliver outstanding patient outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
• Lead the hospital's financial, commercial, and quality performance, ensuring budgets and targets are achieved.
• Drive business growth, with a strong focus on private patient opportunities and market development.
• Build effective relationships with NHS, private healthcare, consultant, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability, engagement, and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

It's one of the UKs leading centres for the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). • Strong commercial acumen with experience of improving financial performance and delivering growth.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to build, influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of both NHS and private healthcare markets.
• Clinical qualifications are not essential; however, significant private healthcare leadership experience is considered critical.
