Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead the hospital's leadership team and create a culture that embraces, embeds, and role models our values & behaviors.
- Manage and develop relationships with consultants, GPs, the NHS, and external bodies to foster a patient-centric culture.
- Drive a proactive care environment, promote the right conversations, and develop individuals.
- Ensure continued development of external support networks and meet all CQC requirements as a Registered Manager and 'fit and proper person'.
- Oversee operational performance, including full financial and budget responsibilities.
- Deliver profitable growth and operational efficiency, and identify and mobilize commercial opportunities.
- Lead the Quality agenda, prioritizing patient safety, and inspire staff.
- Proven experience in revenue growth, managing budgets, P&L, and operating costs.

Services include physiotherapy, pathology, CT, MRI, and diagnostic imaging. Located on Clayton Road, off the A519, with free parking for staff.
