Full Job Description

This is a front line, client facing role, and can involve a combination of tasks and activities such as:

  • Following risk management protocols and discussing harm reduction strategies.
  • Responding to urgent requests and supporting group facilitation.
  • Coordinating with GPs, making calls, and managing appointments.
  • Completing assessments, referrals, and maintaining case notes.
  • Addressing emotional, health, housing, legal, and financial needs.
  • Promoting BBV testing and distributing Naloxone kits.
