Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Connected Communities service as a Homes and Money Connected Support Manager, working 14.6 hours per week (2 days) on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within Birmingham City Council's Early Intervention and Prevention Division, helping to support residents with housing stability, financial wellbeing, employment pathways and stronger community connections. You will be working alongside our current Homes and Money Connected Support Manager, providing leadership, oversight, and strategic input to ensure the delivery of high-quality, outcome-focused support across the Homes and Money pathway. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) offer, oversee performance and case management activity, and build strong partnerships with community, voluntary and statutory services. You will bring excellent leadership skills, experience managing complex programmes, and the ability to use data and insight to drive service improvement.
