Homelessness Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Homelessness Programme Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of Greater Lincolnshire's Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape regional policy, influence system-wide change, and work with local authorities, health partners, government, housing providers and the voluntary sector to deliver lasting impact. You will lead the development of a Greater Lincolnshire action plan, manage partnerships and funding programmes, provide strategic advice to senior leaders and elected members, and ensure effective governance, performance management and delivery across Greater Lincolnshire., These roles are not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority does not currently hold a Home Office sponsor licence. Applicants must therefore have the existing right to work in the UK at the time of application and for the duration of employment. Are you passionate about preventing homelessness, reducing rough sleeping, and improving outcomes for vulnerable residents?,

• Significant experience in homelessness, housing, rough sleeping or a related public sector field.
• Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation, policy and best practice.
• Experience of leading programmes and partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• The ability to work strategically, analyse data and drive system-wide improvement.
