Homeless Assessment Co-Ordinator

The demands on the service and the priorities for the team are ever changing throughout any given day and the post holder will need to have the skills to respond to service requests, manage change and problem solve. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that service objectives, targets and quality standards are met whilst meeting high levels of customer service., The interview process for this role may be held either on a virtual basis using an appropriate online platform, or in person. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to lead the busy frontline Homeless Assessment Team., Experience of management in a housing related environment will be an advantage. The post holder will have a sound knowledge of housing and homeless legislation, policy and practice, and also have experience of developing processes and procedures.
