Job Description:
In a challenging field, an exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Housing Options team at Thanet District Council. We are looking to recruit a full time position on a permanent basis. The role will be part of the triage system within Housing Options. You will be managing incoming calls, referrals and applications of those who are at risk of homelessness or homeless. Proximity to the port of Dover and the Eurotunnel at Folkestone means Europe is literally on our doorstep too. This makes it an exciting time to join Thanet District Council.
Our high ambitions include providing residents with the highest quality services. We strive to listen to local people, work in active partnership, and innovate to meet future challenges.
