What You'll Be Doing


As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide personalised support tailored to each client's individual needs, including:



  • Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.

  • Assisting with medication.

  • Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks.

  • Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support.

  • Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and social activities.

  • Helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

What We're Looking For


The most important quality is a kind and caring nature. We'll teach you the rest. You'll also need:



  • A positive, reliable and compassionate approach.

  • Good communication and people skills.

  • Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
