Help Keep Our Communities Safe
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives?
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service is seeking two Home Safety Technicians to join our Community Safety Team. Working directly with individuals who are often experiencing significant vulnerability, complex health or social care needs, reduced mobility, social isolation, mental health challenges, hoarding behaviours, or other circumstances that increase their risk of fire and harm within the home.
You'll take a compassionate and practical approach to understanding each person's situation, identifying risks, and putting proportionate measures in place to help them live more safely.
