Key responsibilities:
Lead, manage and support Home Safety Technicians and Partnership staff, including recruitment, performance management, wellbeing, training and development.
Set objectives, allocate work and monitor outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Design, deliver, evaluate and quality assure Home Safety and Partnership interventions and activities.
Analyse and report on performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Support the development, implementation and review of Community Safety Prevention policies and processes.
Generate and promote Home Safety Visit referrals for those most at risk.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners and represent the Service at meetings and partnership groups.
Ensure information is managed appropriately in line with GDPR and Service policies.
Produce regular progress reports and undertake risk assessments for prevention activities.
