As Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality and performance of New Elmcroft, ensuring every resident receives outstanding person-centred care while creating a positive, supportive environment where colleagues can thrive. You'll be empowered to lead your team, build strong relationships with residents and families, and continuously drive quality across every aspect of the service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing visible, authentic and inspiring leadership across the home.
• Creating a culture where kindness, respect and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do.
• Ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred nursing and care support.
• Building strong partnerships with residents, families, GPs, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Managing occupancy, budgets and resources to ensure the continued success of the service.
• Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations, NMC guidance and all statutory requirements.
• Promoting meaningful activities, independence and choice for every resident.

Are you an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity?
