As a Home Manager at Barchester, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver outstanding, personalized care to elderly and vulnerable residents. Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
