As a Home Manager at Barchester, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver outstanding, personalized care to elderly and vulnerable residents. You will have a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to achieve excellence, with excellent organizational and management skills. Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. You will also be expected to create strong links within the local community.
