At our Bridgend Service, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex autism-related needs, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives., As Home Manager at our Bridgend service, you'll have the unique opportunity to open and shape a brand-new residential home for up to four adults. From day one, you'll lead a dedicated team in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment-establishing a positive culture built on compassion, respect, and excellence. You'll ensure high-quality care delivery, champion best practices, and support individuals in developing the skills they need to thrive.,

• Lead by example and promote a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) culture that champions inclusion, safety, and respect.
• Ensure the home is person-centred, placing the well-being and quality of life of each resident at the forefront.
• Monitor the service regularly, maintain Home Improvement Plans, and implement effective action plans.
• Manage risk, compliance, and safeguarding, ensuring all care standards and regulations are met.
• Produce weekly management reports and maintain regular communication with the regional team.
• Support your team's professional growth, creating a high-performing, motivated workplace.
  
  QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Proven leadership experience in a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of adult care regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with LD or Autism
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of adults with autism and complex needs
• Full UK driving license is essential for this role.
