Home collected credit agent

• Permanent flexible hours


• Pay: £14.50+ per hour with additional performance related bonuses


• Location: Nuneaton (Field Based)


• Permanent employed field-based role managing a Home Collected consumer credit round


• Mutual are looking for candidates with good people skills who are hardworking, proactive and self-motivated


• No previous experience required, must be able to drive and have access to a car


• As you develop within the role, you'll come to view the job as running your own small business

Role: (Customer Representative)

Mutual have a vacancy for a customer representative servicing existing accounts, obtaining loan and retail orders and generating new leads. Our business is home collected consumer credit.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Representative:

• Managing customer's payments


• Promote the business and the products


• Generate new leads


• Help customers experiencing difficulties

Skills/Requirements:

• Driving licence holder with access to a car


• Good one to one communication skills


• Self-motivated


• Good planning and organisation skills


• Ability to get on well with people and build relationships
