Full Job Description

The Home Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the management team to ensure the smooth and compliant running of our homes. You will provide high-level administrative, organisational, and compliance support, helping to maintain statutory requirements, safeguarding processes, quality assurance activities, and key service documentation., Acting as a central point of coordination, you will support managers and operational teams to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care while ensuring that the voices, wishes, and feelings of young people remain at the heart of everything we do.,

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Home Management Team, coordinating diaries, meetings, reviews, appointments, and operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Maintain high-quality records and documentation, ensuring all reports, care records, correspondence, and compliance documentation are accurate, up to date, and meet regulatory and data protection requirements.
  • Monitor compliance, quality assurance, and inspection readiness, supporting audits, evidence gathering, and regulatory requirements to ensure the service remains prepared for Ofsted, CQC, and internal quality reviews.
  • Coordinate staff and young person review processes, including supervisions, probation reviews, annual appraisals, debriefs, and tracking completion of actions to support compliance and best practice.
  • Support incident management and statutory reporting, ensuring reviews, investigations, annual reviews, LAC reviews, Court of Protection documentation, and associated records are completed within required timescales.
  • Facilitate effective communication and continuous improvement, producing compliance reports, identifying trends and risks, supporting lessons learned, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.

    Experienced administrator with a background in social care, healthcare, education, safeguarding, or another highly regulated environment, with experience maintaining confidential records, compliance documentation, and supporting audits and reporting.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with excellent planning, administrative, and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, while also working independently when required.
  • Knowledgeable and proactive, with an understanding of safeguarding and compliance processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent IT proficiency, and ideally experience of Ofsted, CQC, residential care, or quality assurance frameworks.

    All new staff will join our induction programme when they start at Prior's Court. You will be booked onto the induction once you have completed all pre-employment checks.

    Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week - mainly 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday however some evenings and weekends will be require to support with care requirements Contract type: Fix term 1 year / 1 year secondment, We know that our people are central to everything we do.
