  • Overtime Available: Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week

You'll be responsible for:



  • Delivering high-quality care, visiting service users in their own homes.

  • Ensuring they remain independent for as long as possible.

  • Preparing meals, personal care, assisting with medications, shopping.

  • Ensuring all their needs are met as outlined in their personal care plan.


No two care plans are the same; each Service User is an individual and care plans are written according to their needs.
