Our Southampton Home Care service is rated Good by CQC, rated Excellent by Southampton City Council and holds a 9.8/10 customer satisfaction score on Homecare.co.uk.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a motivated, ambitious and commercially aware manager to lead, strengthen and grow our Southampton Home Care service.You may already be an experienced Registered Manager, or you may be a Deputy Manager or Care Manager who is ready to take the next step in your career. What is important to us is finding someone with strong leadership skills, a good understanding of domiciliary care and a genuine

passion for delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established service with strong foundations, while having the autonomy and support to develop the team, strengthen quality and drive sustainable growth.You will be supported to succeed while having the opportunity to make the service your own and play a key role in shaping its future.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide visible, values-driven leadership to the Southampton Home Care service. Lead, support and develop a motivated and high-performing care and office-based team. Take ownership of service quality, compliance, staffing and operational performance. Ensure the service meets CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and quality standards. Drive sustainable service growth through business development and community engagement. Build positive relationships with people using the service, families, professionals and commissioners. Identify opportunities for improvement and
lead positive change across the service. Participate in the on-call rota.ABOUT YOUWe are interested in hearing from both established Registered Managers and experienced Deputy Managers/Care Managers who feel ready to progress into their first Registered Manager role.Ideally, you will have: Strong experience within domiciliary care or a similar community-based care service. Experience leading, supervising or developing care teams. A good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards. The confidence to take ownership, make decisions and lead a service effectively. A positive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities. An interest in developing and growing a high-quality care service. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or be working towards/willing to undertake this. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Previous Registered Manager experience is welcomed but is not essential. We are
