JOB PURPOSE
- This role is responsible for driving the delivery of Net Revenue Management (NRM) and performance within Home Care UKI.
- The NRM & Performance Manager will build and execute Net Revenue Realisation (NRR) plans, optimise trade investment, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Working closely with Customer Development, Finance and Brand teams, the role combines strong analytical capability with hands-on execution to close performance gaps and support decision making.
- This is a hands-on role requiring day-to-day engagement with data, performance tracking, and cross-functional teams to drive tangible business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES NRM & Performance Delivery
- Build and deliver NRR plans for Home Care UKI, aligned with business targets
- Drive performance tracking across key metrics including USG, GM and trade spend
- Identify performance gaps and define clear actions to close them Trade Investment & Profitability
- Drive optimisation of promotional effectiveness (OPSO) and trade investment
- Support ZBB Trade Marketing Investment (TMI) agenda and cost discipline
- Identify and address unprofitable business areas, working with relevant teams to improve margins Cross-functional Business Partnering
- Partner with Customer Development, Finance and Brand teams to embed NRM plans into execution
- Provide input into Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and business case development
- Feed customer and channel insights into planning processes to ensure alignment with retailer strategies Category & Channel Support
- Contribute to the development and execution of channel and category strategies
- Support delivery of in-store and online performance through effective NRM levers KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Delivery of Category USG and Gross Margin targets
- Trade Spend effectiveness and budget management (TTS / BBT)
- Improvement of low or negative margin areas
- Quality and delivery of NRR plan KEY STAKEHOLDERS

- You are a commercially driven and analytically strong professional with experience in NRM, commercial finance, category, or revenue management roles.
- You are comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear actions that improve business performance. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Experience in NRM, revenue management, commercial finance or related roles
- Understanding of P&L and trade investment mechanics
- Ability to identify performance gaps and drive actions to close them
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
