Full Job Description
As a Home Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out wellbeing and safety checks
- Follow care plans and company procedures
Previous care experience preferred, but not essential - Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends)
- Willingness to undergo background checks
- Ability to travel between clients in the Helsby/Runcorn area
