The Holly Blue, is a well established and much loved pub in the historic village of Pevensey, close to Eastbourne and the Sussex coast. A traditional, welcoming pub with food at its heart and a loyal local following. With flexible internal spaces and an attractive outdoor area, it's perfectly suited to all day trading, family dining and community occasions. The pub also benefits from summer tourism trade- from those visiting the coast. We are looking for an operator who enjoys building community relationships, has experience in how to run a strong food business and who is commercially focused to continue to build and grow sales.
