Would you like to be part of a new and exciting internal alternative provision at our growing secondary school? There's never been a better time to join the fantastic team here at Nailsea School as we encourage everyone to exceed their own expectations and to be the very best they can be.
We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver lessons to small groups across one of our two new provisions here at Nailsea; The Hive.
The Hive is an internal alternative provision designed to offer a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students who are struggling to succeed in full time mainstream class sizes for a variety of reasons. These reasons, for example could be linked to medical conditions or school anxiety
Students accessing the provision are supported in accessing the mainstream curriculum, using the resources that are already shared across subject departments. Students in The Hive also receive other therapeutic interventions with the aim of returning to mainstream lessons. The successful candidate will be key in supporting students to continue to succeed at school across a range of subjects.
