Full Job Description

To plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality interventions.
To lead a team of LSAs to deliver interventions.
To have a clear understanding of the primary and secondary curriculum for English, literacy and Maths.
To contribute to the mapping of provision for students with an EHCP, ensuring that LSAs are well-prepared to support them. To work with the SEND team to ensure that all students on the SEN register have Pupil Passports on Provision Maps and these are shared with staff. To monitor students and assess, record and report on students' achievement, progress and development as agreed.

This role has been identified as falling within the definition of requiring fluency in spoken English. You will be required to speak English with confidence and be able to conduct a conversation and answer questions for extended periods of time.
