Working under the direction of the Assistant ALNCo, you will play a key role in supporting learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver targeted interventions, monitor learner progress, support teaching and learning across the curriculum, and help learners develop independence, confidence and resilience.

HLTA qualification, equivalent experience, or ability to meet HLTA standards.

Experience of working with learners with Additional Learning Needs in a secondary school setting.

Strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate effective interventions.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, learners and families.

Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and achieving the best outcomes for all learners.
