• Delivering planned lessons and covering classes when required
• Supporting teachers in the delivery of learning activities
• Working with pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis
• Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
• Monitoring and supporting pupil progress
• Contributing to a positive learning environment
  
  HLTA status or HLTA qualification is essential
• Experience working in a school or as a TA
• Confidence leading a class and delivering learning
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A proactive and supportive approach
• Passion for education and pupil development
