HLTA - Phonics Intervention & PPA Cover
Salary: NJC Grade 6, Scale Points 13-19
£32,550.40 - £35,543.94 actual per annum (dependent on experience)
The Role
We are seeking a friendly and adaptable HLTA with experience supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning needs across a range of key stages. This role focuses on delivering phonics interventions across the school and providing class cover to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with teachers, subject leads and support staff to ensure appropriate differentiation and effective learning strategies are in place for all students.
