- Meet HLTA standards or possess an equivalent qualification or experience.
- A minimum of two years' experience of working with children in an education setting.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and Safeguarding Procedures.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with young pupils and a wide range of professional contacts.
- Sound IT skills to support learning and maintain electronic information systems.
- Ability to organise classroom activities and implement strategies for teaching and learning.
- The ability and willingness to work constructively as part of a team.
- A commitment to helping young pupils achieve through education and learning.
- Employees working in this role must be able to speak fluent English to ensure effective performance and safeguarding responsibilities.

- This role can only be worked in the UK from the location provided and not from overseas.
- For this role the Trust would not consider sponsoring a Certificate of Sponsorship/visa. Please note we are unable to offer advice on any Visa and Immigration cases.
