Full Job Description

At Marlowe Environmental Services - Part of a Mitie Company, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Hire Fleet Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, integration, harmonisation and growth of the hire fleet, ensuring full compliance while supporting sales from discovery through to customer-approved commissioning. Role Responsibilities

  • Identify stakeholders and confirm that the technical scope of supply aligns contractually, ensuring scope components are correctly selected, sized and integrated across process, mechanical and electrical requirements.
  • Support the sales process by assisting with technical queries, sales iterations and proposal documentation, clearly identifying assumptions, customer responsibilities and exclusions outside the scope of offer.
  • Manage hire fleet utilisation and take overall responsibility for new and replacement hire assets, including manufacture, refurbishment, performance, maintenance and compliance.
  • Lead order review, project kick-off and delivery activities, ensuring technical, commercial, contractual and timeframe compliance, supported by clear Project Execution Plans and stakeholder communication.
  • Control and report hire project progress, procurement, site works, installation and commissioning activities, capturing success criteria, producing handover documentation and promoting continuous improvement.

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven planning, organisational and timeline-implementation skills.
  • Experience in water and wastewater treatment-related projects (preferred).
  • Experience in hire fleet management (preferred).
  • What's in it for you?
  • The opportunity to work on complex, technically driven projects within a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • A role that supports professional development while contributing to safer, cleaner and more efficient environments.
  • The chance to be part of Mitie's commitment to creating better places and thriving communities.
